We use the next grammar structure to talk about clothes in English.

It´s the same rule like if you are using the present continuous.

SUBJECT + verb "to be" + wearing + clothes

Read the following examples for you

Affirmative sentences

I'm wearing a beautiful woolly hat.

He is wearing a pair of jeans.

You are wearing new football boots.

Negative Sentences

I'm not wearing mittens in winter.

She isn't wearing a dress at the party.

They aren't wearing a school uniform.

Interrogative Sentences

Am I wearing flip flops?

Is your mum wearing an apron for cooking?

What are you wearing today?
